Download proposal form or email intersectionsdc@atlasarts.org to request an emailed or hard copy. You may print your form, complete it, and mail it back to us (1333 H Street NE, Washington DC, 20002), or complete the form electronically and email it back to us. To do the latter, you must have the most recent version of the free Adobe Reader. Be sure to save your filled-out proposal as a pdf on your computer, then email it to us at intersectionsdc@atlasarts.org. Proposals and all accompanying materials are due June 17th, 2011.
